@lamprio I'm an Ao3 user but I've never published a story before. Still, I'd like to help. If you have an Ao3 account, you should log in and click the "new work" button. On the page that opens, you can choose your desired tags from the tags section. Tags show alerts related to your story, characters, relationship status, etc. Using tags correctly is quite important. After the tags, you enter technical details such as the story's title and language. Then there's a section about who can read and comment on the story; you can choose whichever you want. Finally, you write your notes before or after the story and post it. The site interface is quite simple. If you don't understand, you can get help from Ao3's "useful tips for new users" and "support team" sections.
