@VKdec1 Yes I totally agree. How he writes about hearing the beating heart of the corpse and even how he gives himself away to the police, gets me every time. Although I haven't read masque of the read death. I have some reading to do!

the ending of Berenice is AMAZING.masque of th red death is so powerful if you know what it is really about and understand poe's early life.

Tell-tale heart as well, although i can't deny there is something about The premature burial that i get sucked in to. Or Masque of the Red Death. so amazing
