            “ i was just..  fixing your mask for you .  ” pablo laugh with the warmth he naturally carried , however this time around it sounded more awkward .  “ besides..  it’s just us  ,  isn’t it ?  ”

     diego huffs out slightly at that . `` i do have a heart , believe it or not . `` he rolls his eyes , no heat behind any of it . though , he paused when hearing those words . oh . .  he wasn't expecting the conversation to go towards this . `` you think so ? what makes you say that ? ``

            pablo’s expression softened as a small yet tender smile spread across his lips .  “ almost weird hearing you be so caring but..  i appreciate it .  ” he answered with that same softness .  “ i feel like she would’ve liked you  ,  my wife..  i mean .  ”

     there was silence from the man as he just stares at pablo for a minute . `` well . . . you know im here to lend an ear if you ever need to talk about something  . `` he offered almost quietly  . 

     diego was silent at this as he kept his  gaze away from the other . he almost considered the words . `` you make it sound like it's something simple . no sabes lo que intentas salvar . . .``
