            that only cause pablo’s smile to deepen even further , if it possibly could .  cautiously , the medic would slowly start to rub circles into diego’s upper back .  “ who says we can’t have two reserved soldiers on the team ?  ” he chuckled once more , eyes creasing with amusement .  “ besides..  i don’t think i’ve EVER heard of a medic who’s reserved .  it would be quite funny  ,  wouldn’t it not ?  ”

     another huff escaped the man as he moved to prop his chin against the shoulder now , eyes opening once more . `` that's supposed to be my thing , we both can't be reserved . `` he lightly joked , a finger poking the other man in the side as if to make his point clear . there was a part of him , a huge part actually , that missed soft moments like this with someone .

            even without visible conformation , somehow pablo could still sense it , as if he knew diego well enough to know the man would roll their eyes at him .  he had a habit of reading people , perhaps that was of the many reasons that alejandro and rudy allowed him to join los vaqueros .  “  ¿ qué puedo decir ? soy un hombre reservado .  ” he answered back , chuckling softly as he did .  of course this wasn’t just ‘nothing’ to him , far from it .  to pablo , diego was everything .  as cheesy as that must’ve sounded , even for inside his own head .
