Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in English and intends to utilize her education to teach at the middle school level. However, her ultimate aspiration is to become a published author. The concept for the Enhanceless series came to fruition during the Covid-19 lockdown. Two years later, she submitted the initial four chapters to Dallas Baptist University's DOXA Literary Contest and secured the second-place position.
