Guys , can I ask a Qestion ... what is the 'GHost Account'? Im curious and Im only new , Idk about it

THIS SO CREEPY THIS IS THE 4th GHOST ACCOUNT IVE SEEN TODAY!!
          I ain't gonna sleep tonight...

This is the 4th time already come on!!!

WAIT IM FOLLOWING ONE OF THE CREATORS OF WATTPAD AND NOW IM GETTING SPAMMED WITH THESE SHITTY SUGGESTIONS SO MAYBE THATS WHY idk 
          
          But I have a feeling if you're following this one guys acc that claims he's one of the wattpad creators you get spammed with ghost acc suggestions 

Guys if you look at the followers and choose the first one (the one that started 1 month ago) the acc is only following the creators of wattpad or the ghost acc's like this one...
