@maxbonnetier057 rias dosent have the right to choose who she is marrying her father arranged it for her. if that was the case she wouldn't be delaying it for so long. As for riser Hikari knows him better from past interactions which will be explained and yeah riser is a dirtbag not trying to defend him its just how Hikari views them on a large scale so she really not bothered by the way he acts :]
