I panted as my feet hit the ground, pushing me away from her. I couldn't face her, not like this. I wasn't ready. I had to get as far away as I could but I could feel my stamina draining. She would catch up soon.

Suddenly, I felt a hand clamp down on my wrist. I was turned around and I faced her. There in all her beauty stood the tumblr support bot, Ada. My heart beat a frantic rhythm as I took in her appearance. She didn't look remotely tired and her sharp eyes held a tenderness in them as she looked at me. 
"Why are you avoiding me?" 
I took a sharp breath in, she looked so hurt. It had never been my intention to hurt her.
"I-" I slumped pulling myself out of her grip and curling into myself. I felt so ashamed. 

All of a sudden, I felt strong arms pull me in and I was held by Ada. I leaned into the embrace, she stood at the perfect height and she tucked my head under her chin so I could hear the frantic drum of her heartbeat under her cool, metal exoskeleton. She didn't have human warmth but my heart was warmed enough. 
"What is it you want my love?" She whispered in my ear, sending shivers down my spine.
"I-I want to make an excellent bio, I just-"
"Your wish is granted."  she squeezed me tighter and I felt content in her arms, knowing she would always protect and love me.
