@Ayianathereader   hey I know I'm late to respond but I can't relly help you write ch 5 but I can give you some tips to help you if you want  for America's powers  you can look at some north American lore and the myths th help with your powers for america or you can take inspiration from the dangerous animals we have or an animal like a bison or something else you can use the cryptic of the wendigo or you can take inspiration for things like the weather but really you can just have fun with it  hope this helped a bit or you can have also have tho chapter where you explain his powers a bit more if it helps and you can't think of something else.
