Just want to get this out the way first, I love fantasy! I love being taken to a new world where anything can happen, I love most of all that it is completely out of my control. I prefer adventure fantasy rather than urban fantasy and would feel like a sellout if I ever wrote a vamp falls in love with a human book set in the modern day. I wish I'd been born in a different time where journeys were commonplace because there were no cars. I'm fascinated with Robin Hood and the legend of king arthur, their stories are still around for a reason. I used to be so obsessed with Harry Potter that I actually wrote a few fanfics under the name pinkleberry on fanfic.net. 

I love all books, my favourite at the moment has to be Trudi Canavan's 'The Black Magician Trilogy', those books are amazing.  I also love Terry Pratchett and Karen Millen.
