Felix's Brownie Recipe
1 stick melted butter 
¼ cup cocoa powder
½  cup Caster sugar (blended white sugar)
½  cup Brown sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Espresso powder 

In a separate bowl: 
½  cups Flour 
¼ cup Bread flour
½ tsp Baking soda 
Pinch salt
⅔ cups chocolate chips melted (hersheys) 

Instructions: 
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
2. Mix bowl 1 ingredients together
3. Mix bowl 2 ingredients together and fold into bowl 1
4. Gently fold in melted chocolate. Bake for 20-25 mins
