they made us sing so much. in music.
          	
          	bro, the posture they made us do.. imagine standing with ur back straight ur neck high and you can't move for 50 minutes and are forced to sing without any major breaks. that's what we did. bro. it's js a veterans day preformance and we all did it fine, whats the big deal? i even started gagging and threw up in the middle of it. it was rehearsal. my mom called me dramatic even though im still a bit weak and dizzy

          	  Take a break, sit down and rest :3
          	  
          	  But the posture I can relate SO MUCH-
          	  For dance we need to dance wirh our shoulders forced back and neck stretched-no moving- plus you have to arch your back backwards until like you have this weird curve in your back :') and we just dance like that for 2 hours with a 1 minute break in between the hours *crying emoji*
          	  I can't even sit with my shoulders forward anymore- I've gotten used to bending my back backwards 
          	  So yeah, I don't need to imagine, I do it every moment of my life *another crying emoji*
