As relatable as this is, I'll try my hardest to not complain about my issues, to shut up for a moment and just be here for you <3 So hey, if you ever need some support, you know you can text me and snoopy and we'll respond. And we'll listen. Take a moment and close your eyes in front of the mirror. Think about every positive thing about yourself. And when you open your eyes, focus on those things. I know it's hard, I really do. Please don't destroy yourself physically (and mentally) over your body image. Losing weight isn't a good thing sometimes, and I want you to see that. When you've established those symptoms and are still NOT losing weight, it means you need to stop losing weight. Please, don't revolve your life and attention around your negative qualities. Physically or mentally, no matter how many things you think are "bad" about you, I could always find more good things. Your whole goal... please don't let it be losing weight. Your whole goal could be something like... being healthy. And I want you to understand the signs to stop losing weight, because it isn't going to contribute to your whole goal. I've typed more than 1000 letters. I think that I've done what I can to help you understand. I hope the day will come when we're both free from our struggles, when we can be who we want to be. Just know that I love you, and I always will, no matter what you feel, what you are, and what you THINK you are ❤
