i dont make announcements often, but i though it was important this time. i just stumbled upon someone using AI to write one of their fics. the account was ThirishaP. in the third chapter of their fic "The Wrong Number Bestie", their was a chatgbt response telling them they can also write the 4th chapter. when i called them out on it, they said they only put it into chatgbt for "editing and formatting" , which was obviously such a lie since the writing prompt was RIGHT THERE. i have a ss of it, so if you want proof you can follow my insta neverg_ava_damn.

also side note, even if you didnt get chatgbt to write your fic and only used it for formatting and editing, its still NOT ok. get a beta reader or just re read it yourself.
