I just wanted to pass this message on. If you're upset, I just want to tell you that you're beautiful, amazing & kind. It may seem unrealistic because I'm a stranger but think about it...if you hate yourself, there are so many things to love yourself for. There's light in all of us. You just need to head towards the right path. Love or hate? The best answer is obvious. I know it may be hard to love yourself for who you are but trust me. It'll get better. I mean...what's the point of life if you're only going to feel depressed? Exactly. That's not true. You're going to feel negative emotions but you just need to hold on for the positive ones. No matter how much you look in the mirror and think about how many things you want to change about your appearance, no matter how many times you go somewhere and someone's waiting ready to bully you, just please. Hold on. This might make you feel worse about yourself but if that's so, I'm only trying to tell you about the amazing things install for you in life. They're only around the corner and if you don't believe me, you concentrate on the bad things in life rather than the good ones. Don't be afraid to talk to someone. You may not want to at this moment in time but you'll have to face it soon. There are so many people that can help you, support you and there are many people that love you. I hope that you're doing well right now. Try writing a small note every day about what you love about yourself and read over it and the end of the day. You can even make a mental note if you'd like. I hate hearing that people are having s**c*d* thoughts and I really wish that nothing like that is occurring to you. I hope this message means something to you so that you feel better. Even if it's only a 1% increase in your mood, at least it's slightly helping. Please don't change for anybody else. Don't dehydrate or starve yourself.
