Though those are just my thoughts and I’d be willing to listen to arguments for and against any of my points should you find something that you disagree with.

Another option for neutralizing the target would be having it fight against a being with a stronger pull on the universe as its reality bending is not too strong when compared to many other being in and out of the SCP universe. Most of the issues that the foundation faces when in regards to this subject is that they often lack the materials(reality anchors or other reality benders) that they could use safely or at all to contain said subject.

Due to the targets unstable and constantly deteriorating mind the possibility for negotiation is just about impossible unless the target is able to snap back into reality via the use of some outside force. In regards to restraining it though, it should be relatively simple, at least theoretically. I don’t know wether or not you know of Scranton’s reality anchor, but it is a machine that was designed by the head researcher in regards to reality benders and Warner’s, Robert Scranton, this machine is an anchor for reality to touch down on and allows for low leveled reality warpers which I’d classify SCP 3812 as due to the fact he hasn’t shown any signs of being any more powerful than damaging the reality and time frame of the surrounding area to a limited degree. This should hypothetically take away his reality warping powers for a period of time during which anybody that would like to take this subject for themselves or test on the subject then and there, and if they so pleased they could even neutralize the target permanently.
