Is it racist to Americans to say “I want to be British” if you're an American?

Just so we're clear I get all of what my friends call British terms from Wilbur Soot. So like I don't think many English people actually use “bugger off” and “wanker” but I picked them up from Wil so I honestly don't know. Also, I'm not sure about “car park”

Can I start telling my teachers to bugger off? Do you think they’d catch on?
