how's people doing? quarantine in the state of washington will continue until the end of the school year, unless pushed up to a later date. whoopie. online school will start officially on april 14th.

2020 has just started, the world is falling apart and all us gen x, kids are doing is making #WWIII memes on twitter and tik tok. and people tell us we’re gonna change the world

for the morons who don’t understand the foster care and adoption and the steps taken to get a child please, allow me to dumb it down.
          
          step one: find a social worker and tell them u would like to adopt. he/she will lead u to the correct steps in order to adopt said child
          
          step two: depending on what state u are in the requirements might be different. but the state i was adopted in, the requirements were simple. there’s a trial period, where the kid goes on visits throughout the months until the court deems them acceptable
          
          step three: paperwork
          
          step four: court
          
          step five: “adoption”. kind of the like the trial run but the kid can live with u??
          
          step six: become a foster parent. u must become a foster parent for a YEAR to prove u are able to care of the child that u wish to adopt bc he/she still ain’t urs.
          
          step seven: paperwork 
          
          step eight: court
          
          step nine: wait until accepted 
          
          step ten: congrats, u have a kid.
