I just have to vent into the internet abyss for a moment (even if no one reads this, it’s an outlet for me to get my feelings out lol)…I’m having a full crash out over healthcare while stationed in Germany (military spouse). The health clinic on base is refusing to fill any of my medications until a doctor at their clinic sees me but they won’t get me in until middle of may. They told me basically “we hope you can understand”…do they expect me to be without medication for months? Is that not crazy?! I’m on meds for severe asthma, ADHD and anxiety. I’m so stressed out and just really hope when I talk to them again Monday that it can get sorted. Anyways, if you did read this, thank you for coming to my TED talk :)

@ghostybae_ oh my gosh I’m so sorry! I’m so glad you were finally able to get enough in you to take your meds again, that sounds so incredibly stressful. It seems like today was a step in the right direction and I hope the food anxiety eases up day by day. The fact you’re looking into all avenues when it comes to your health is such an admirable thing! I also really hope you get answers, things improve for you and you can get back to full health soon <3

thanks for replying, it’s always helpful when someone can understand the struggles when it comes to our health/healthcare. I’m most worried about my asthma injection since I’ve landed in the hospital in the past. Nothing is “physically” wrong with my lungs but I have diminished breathing capacity. I get winded going up 2 flights of stairs to my home and reach for my inhaler lmao

Happy Monday—Chapter 69 of Trouble is finally up! This last month living overseas has gone by so fast with the move and I feel so out of sorts. It’s been so hard not knowing anyone out here except my husband, but I’m doing the best I can to adapt/make the most of this opportunity. With all that said, it would mean the world to me if y’all could give this chapter a little love :)
