          @LeighWStuart's  "The Wrench Assistant".  This short story is about Nabel, an assistant to a famous engineer that has gotten himself into quite a bit a trouble.  Thus the witty Nabel was to save him in order to save herself.

          This story follows a young woman, Constantine, who's blessed with extraordinary abilities as a Champion of the Pietists.  Since females cannot be Champions of War, she must hide her gender, while training to fight the dark horde and navigating a court full of individuals with their own secrets.

          @MattParker0708's  epic SciFi/Fantasy work "Engines and Demons".  If you're in the mood for intense worldbuilding, political intrigue and action, I would highly recommend this work.
