            It is a very popular site! Hundreds of thousands of people read on it and it makes a lot of money from donations. As for reading experience, it’s definitely a different format from Wattpad but once you learn how to find what you want to read and how to tag your works and everything it becomes very easy and a good format. It’s easier to find what you want in a fic or reach a certain type of audience when using their tagging and fandom system. I would say it’s more convenient for finding what you like to read, having no issues with lots of rules, no sexual content issues like with Wattpad. You will have A LOT more freedom on AO3 than with Wattpad 
            
            However, original works not apart of secular/specific fandoms have a harder time getting traction on AO3.  Your fic might have some trouble finding new readers but that’s bot guaranteed. 
            
            The readers on there are also pretty good, like Wattpad. They leave nice comments and engage. 
            
            I will say ao3 is a lot more sexual in nature and uh, more “unhinged” if you will?? They also allow everything when it comes to fiction. So you may come across very explicit fics that tread into quite dark territory, so be careful and mindful of tags if you ever want to read something!! 

@Honeyboo2007 I've actually checked. Maybe when I have free time, I can try it, but is it a popular site? How's the reading experience there? Is it more convenient than here? I am planning to go completely active again in writing when I graduate, so then maybe I can really try it out, but for now, I can't commit. I'll keep it in mind, though.

@lesson101 Ao3 aka archive of our own is mainly a fanfic site but also has many original works. You can post your stories on there just like with Wattpad, and also add tags to the stories to make it easier for readers to find as well!! It’s a great site in my opinion, and does not have the problem of content being taken down for sexual content. There’s a lot less rules on that site compared to Wattpad

Yes, I am. But I wasn’t able to write last week a chapter so my rule is not to post on free site as well as to be fair to those who are paying. I’m undergoing a very bad writer’s block currently and I’m worried. But I’m still trying as to finish the first season. I’m just really swamp with college stuffs since I’m graduating and I’m also writing my undergrad thesis.
