Got busy with university and had no longer time to post. Also, I constantly get flagged for adult content since yt is very strict. I appealed for some videos but got denied. I think I also got reported. Huhu

And I have another question: after Hanlo returned to Ian, if a beautiful woman came to him and kissed him against his will, would he reciprocate because he doesn't respond or because he is afraid of Ian? Also, when Laura found out that Veronica was pregnant, why did she force Hanlo to marry her? Didn't she love Ian?
If Veronica didn’t arrived, Laura would have pushed Ian and Hanlu to marry. But since Veronica happen and now there’s two illegitimate child from two different people, Laura had to protect the image of the family. As much as we don’t want the characters to think about public opinion, the Mo family is one of the most prestigious family in the country. They have an image to keep and what Hanlu was doing was huge scandal.
So Hanlu had to marry either Ian or Veronica. But Ian backed away and he initially voiced out he didn’t want to marry Hanlu. While Veronica wanted to. So Laura would rather force Hanlu to marry than force Ian.
Also, the chapters may seem long because of how it was written but Laura actually saw through Veronica after 3 days. After that, she just followed Laotian’s instructions to trap Veronica.
Hanlu is NOT jealous of Veronica. He barely cares for her. If you’re wondering why he kept her, that’s just how he is. He’s a bored playboy who has too much time and money in his hands.
After that kiss with Veronica, Hanlu stayed loyal to Ian until this day.
As for Laura, she wasn’t support to have Hanlu marry veronica, but Ian backed away. He chose to leave Hanlu and begged not to take Lan from him. Laura respected Ian’s request. But believing that Veronica has Hanlu’s child, Laura didn’t want what happened to Ian happen to Veronica so she wanted the two to marry. She thought it’s punishment for him being such a player as Laura couldn’t let her son keep on bringing in illegitimate children.

Hi @RuanWuri this is a long overdue reply. Hope you’re doing better especially your mental health. As for me, I’m finally graduating next month. It’s a huge milestone for me. I’m still struggling financially tho so again self-publishing is still not realistic for me. I have a friend who I’ve talked about making a handmade paperback for DBTA but we’ve encountered a few difficulty because the book has too many chapters (it’s too thick with more than 300k words) so she was skeptical. So yeah that’s been put on hold. Also she got busy with other things. I really liked her crafts so I was planning to hire for a few book editions. That’s just a plan for now. Over all I’m doing well. Hope you are too.
