@lethoIogica the whole aspect of them being so bonded, that if the dragon dies, the rider dies too is actually suuuuch a good concept but yeah, absolutely heartbreaking. i love it so much, but i hate it too, sighh.

@ksf2005 yes!!! like i think the feeling of grief between the two makes it so much harder ): tbh ripped my heart out when amber died even if i had no attachment to her JUST because of the way her dragon grieved like pls it hurt so badly
