the comments harley makes in relation to “sex offender” is primarily related to the scene where derek essentially attempted to seduce erica in order to get her “permission” to bite her, as well as his further interactions with her. i’m aware she jumped on him and kissed him in a later episode, but those actions were likely in response to situations that made her feel like he reciprocated her urges. if you aren’t happy with the writing, you’re more than welcome to find a different story. harley makes comments on it because it’s a part of the show that irked me and was never addressed. men with authority over teenage girls too often are allowed questionable actions without it being acknowledged. nonstop responses of criticisms of mine has been a large part of why i haven’t been writing. please pay attention instead of automatically assuming erica in the wrong. thank you.
