i need help finding a story that i've been looking for.
it's about a 17 year old, Lucia, who left home when she was younger (i don't remember the reason). years later, her brothers finally find her and make her go back home with them.
okay this next part is like a chapter i remember from the book --> her family invited business partners over for dinner (mafia partners) and they bring their son. Lucia recognises the son (whose name is Milo), as her childhood best-friend who she had met at a time in their lives where they both struggled (maybe in rehab).
additional things i remember from the story;
- she has a 'love interest' who i think is the best-friend of one of her brothers/the right hand man to the mafia boss.
- she becomes friends with a girl named 'Nova' (Nova already being friends with Lucia's family)
- in one of the chapters, she finds something out about her family (something like that), she shuts everyone out for some time but eventually overcomes it.
- she is set on the idea of leaving her family again once she turns 18 years old.
- her relationship with her dad is not the best when she returns home. if i guess, he was probably the reason she left when she was younger.
- her best-friend milo is gay. as well as one of her brothers.
