(im)patiently awaiting my romantic movie moment in the rain

okay but one of my least favorite things is when goodreads only has a picture of a less pretty book cover... it makes maintaining an aesthetic so difficult let me tell you

being back in a reading phase is one of the greatest feelings ever i swear

so for those who are curious, i know (hope) there's at least a few, i have an update on my story writing. i have about 5 chapters written of this story i've been working on, but i'll be honest, i'm not a fan. BUT — big but — i have a fresh story idea that i'm actually really excited about. don't get me wrong, my i still love my previous idea, and have always been fond of it since i came up with it 2 years ago (back in my fanfiction days, those who remember, i love ya), but it wasn't really going well. so, if you haven't guessed, i will not have anything to post on july 1, but i will be working on a brand new story daily until it's ready to post! in the mean time, i have considered posting teasers for the story on this conversation board, so stay tuned for that!!

um go read "pretty rich boys" by @sincerelylivia right now, i promise you won't regret it

hi!! so it's been a minute. like, a long minute. but after nearly a year of writer's block, i've decided to resume my position as lia (irl i go by my full name) and write a story because i have so much pent-up creativity and am going to force myself to have an outlet. super healthy :) of course, posting a story requires accountability (which i have so much of when it comes to school because, yay, academic validation, but lack in things that i actually enjoy- why? idk (that got kinda heavy sorry)) so i figure the best way to make myself accountable is to promise all y'all that i will have a fully completed outline for a story and post the first part by july 1st. okay? okay. anywhooo i have honestly missed this sm, especially you guys so if you'd like, let's chat!

          i am also in the works of an actual story, of which i will hopefully post the prologue soon, but we'll see
