Cream puffs!
Alrighty guys I know I have been on a bit of a hiatus for a while. Truth be told my life has been kinda crazy the past several months. With work and then having to deal with multiple deaths in my family it hasn't been the best.
I've also started to take some much needed time to address my mental health. Something I've been needing to do for years and have put it off, never do this. Honestly if you struggle with any type of mental health [Depression, anxiety, SAD, or many others] please please! Get help, talk to your doctor, go see a therapist. Take it from someone who has been in and out of therapy all my life [literally, I started seeing a therapist when I was 5] it really does help. It's not what you think, you don't sit around and just talk about your problems, you learn to cope with them and draw conclusions as to why you feel a certian way. Highly highly recommend. Also as someone who works in a counseling setting for grief, I have an idea on how hard it can be from different angles. Anywhos, I plan on updating a story or two sometime this week, but it will more than likely be Friday or Saturday.
