Writing is such a simple act, done by many. Some just do it for fun, but for others it's an escape. It takes them through an imaginary portal, into a world that they could make their own, however they wanted it to be. Writing is my way of expressing myself, showing my true colors, letting go of all those feelings that are trapped inside me all day. The feeling that would burden someone if I told them. The depression, self hate, suicidal thoughts, all of it. So I write. I write what I would say, what I would do. I am able to write the story. I have the power over everything. How people look, how they sound, how they act. Writing isn't just throwing some words onto a piece of paper and calling it good. It's your thoughts your ideas, you. All of it going into that paper. Finally letting yourself let go of all that hardship and pain. Bleeding out onto the paper in graphite.
