My name is Bec, or Rebecca or whatever you want to call me. I've been through quite a lot, and this is just an idea, if you want someone to talk to, just ask me. And I understand what you are saying in your profile, you don't want your friends/family to know. But it's good to let them know what you are going through so you can get help. If your friends are truly a 'friend', they won't change their view of you at all. Life can be hard, but when it's hard, it's normally when we learn and grow. Don't rush it, try and learn about it. Love your life, even though it seems like a impossibility at the time!
