@_la-zorra_ basically,, the rotary park incident is when like back in 2008 i think when tally hall was making the good day music video, joe & zubin got mugged in this park called rotary park hence why it is referred to as the rotary park incident AND SOMETIMES PEOPLE WANNA BE INSENSITIVE AND MAKE MEMES ABOUT IT FOR "LAUGHS"
