Why do I have to be so shy? T-T I hate being shy so much. I’ve known my classmates for about a year, but I still can’t talk to them. Does anyone have any tips on how to become less shy?

@SubjectB5MusicLover i used to be really shy too!! (I still am, but i’m better lately.) honestly what helped me is knowing that other people are just as shy as you. I worked as a librarian and HAD to talk to people for my job, and I realised it’s really not so scary! Honestly just putting yourself out there and being yourself helps a lot! :)
