You have said evidence, while she'll have next to nothing, just like last time. In a manner of speaking, you have more control of the situation than she does. She'll just have to put up with the consequences of her actions later if she's caught being a liar.
Hey, just a quick question: in the beginning, you said that Freya was going to take Lucy; in what context did you mean that? If she's not going to kick you out once Lucy comes, then she has no say in taking Lucy for herself either way.

@lillianbyrant363 Well, there's no way that your mother is a completely bad person with all of that. Again, if you want to keep Lucy safe but can't get out of ND, just don't use words; make your mother slip & break something if you have to. There's no shame in knowing when to leave a worthless person in the dust.

First, is your brother getting any job offers yet?
Second: I have a plan that is sure to work for WHEN Lucy comes, & it should actually free you two of your mother & the stress of keeping her away from you both. But you have to trust me on it, OK?
Uh huh. She used to own a cat. She doesn't anymore and she abused it. And when it went outside people could tell it was abused and reported it and the cops did nothing

You HAVE to trust yourself to show your mother that you are fully committed to taking care of Lucy, because she needs a loving mother.

Let me just give you a little friendly advice; it's a bit of a story.
My grandma & her boyfriend are raising one of his grandkids because they never found out who his father is, meaning his mother slept with more than one person, so she didn't get custody of her son.
Is this the same for you? Have you slept with more than one guy?
