Hello I am lusha food and health adviser in Kerala.This was the major festival conducted in Kerala. The Kerala sadhya was the important part of the onam celebration. The sadhya was served on a banana leaf. The Kerala sadhya consist of 60 verities of vegetarian recipes in historical periods. But over the year the number of dishes is reduced and forgot the recipes.
