Help- I just came out to my mum (not the rest of my fam yet) as trans-

SOMEONE WHO SEES THIS can I have some advice?!?? I want to come out to my family as trans, and I know they will be supportive enough of me, but it’s still hard. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to do it??

@Lydixox2004 thanks so much for the advice love!! I think I might do something like the letter and have them read it while I’m with a friend or something hahaha, that’s a good idea, thanks!! Also thanks again aww I’ll be glad to finally tell them :)

Sit them down, make sure you are calm and your parents are too. If you feel like you can’t do it in person write them a letter and then go spend the day at a friends house until you can come out. I’m so happy that you feel like you can tell your family :)
