Dungeons and dragons is a great game where we can do amazing things. Like fight monsters and play new characters. Or lick rocks to try and figure out if it's magical or not. And you can adopt the small creatures that the DM didn't think you'd adopt but here you are with a new baby and now your getting platonically married to a party mate just so that the baby has two parents.

Do I like my job? Yes.
          Did I get yelled at her trying to ID some guy who was buying alcohol? Also yes. By him and the two ladies he was with.
          Have multiple people told me that I have to memorize their faces cause they only want me to ID them once? Yeppers.
          Have people complained cause their regulars and I ask for their IDs? A ton.

          We have to ID people that buy tobacco and acholic beverages!!! The computer makes us put in your birthday!

          Don't yell or get mad at me! I have bad memory with dates and Im wearing a tag that says 'in training'

@LunaWritesFanfiction Fair.

            It's kinda like sitting in class when the teacher says you need pairs and I just sit there while everyone scrambles for me.

Best part of knowing most of my dads friends from my baby hood: he can't use them to escape me and my social anxiety. I will lecture him and his friend.

          My dad is in the living room, playing video games with his friend (over call) at midnight. I walk into the room and start telling him to go to bed.
          His friend starts laughing
          So I started going off on his friend about how both of them needed sleep. Took me 15 minutes.

My younger sibling: *calls me mom*
          My brain: wrong pronouns

          5 seconds later

          My brain: Oh shit, we're not supposed to be their parent figure. Oh no

@LunaWritesFanfiction I've gotten in trouble so many times for acting like their parent. And they only complain when someone else points it out

@linalygemini exactly! Like, I’m sure my younger siblings aren’t even aware that our daily routine isn’t normal for most families.

My younger sibling: *complaining cause on the first day back they went over active intruder drills*
          Me: *complains cause on my first day back I was told I wasn't allowed to throw a table through the window*
          My mom:...wtf

Cyansong

@Linalygemini oh-
            ……well throwing stuff through windows brings serotonin, and schools want people to be not sad

Were at dinner at our grandparents house that we haven't seen since Halloween. And mind you my mom knows of my tics. My neurologist told her that I have them and I they might be anxiety related. She also knows that I woke up in either a panic or anxiety attack this morning. And that my anxiety was acting up and I was feeling tight chested.
          So I started to tic. And she told me that my neck wasn't going to pop and to stop trying to pop it.
