I have to transfer cities in June, and where I'm currently living, I lived there for ten years. I met people whom I'm loving to the mountains and back and suddenly, I have to leave everything and restart. My school. My house. My city. I'm gonna be long distance with my best friend and boyfriend and it hurts so much. I'm overwhelmed these days so if I don't match your expectations of frequent updates then I'm really sorry.

@liskookiez I don’t know you personally, but I do know how this feels. But don’t me mistaken. You’re not leaving anything behind. The beauty of places are the experiences we make in them, and your boyfriend, bestfriend, friends will continue to remain in your life as a reminder of the experiences, challenges, and connections your city has provided you with. Moving to a new unknown place can be challenging and miserable, but similar to your home, this city will become a second home—providing you with different and unique experiences and connections. I wish you the best of luck and hope that you thrive in your new environment, and hopefully that emptiness you’ll feel for a bit will be filled with joy sooner than later.
