there was a small glint of interest that could be seen in crimson hues as inho mentioned about leaving.  it was quiet,  but noticeable in the way shin'ya lightly curled at a corner of the paper he was holding,  as if silently waiting for the other to ask if he wanted to join him〝  what do you plan on doing up there? ＂

⏤⏤     ࣹ⠀@medicals  ꓹ⠀⠀˝don't you get bored?  always following orders?˝⠀he hops off the desk,  quite languid.⠀˝i'm heading to the rooftop then.˝

〝  there really isn't much that i can do to entertain you with since the nurse told me to stay here and watch over the infirmary.  but i still appreciate your company regardless ＂

“  just wanted to finish up some paperwork.. so, do you need something or don’t you.  “

〝  i have and extra sandwich i made if you want to eat that ＂ the blond offered while turning his head to properly face inho and nuzzling his cheek〝  i'm surprised you haven't passed out from your lack of sleep and food yet ＂

⏤⏤     ࣹ⠀@medicals  ꓹ⠀⠀˝kind of like that.  i had to prepare a lesson plan,  then add grades from their quizzes..˝⠀inho briefly closed his eyes from the gentle ministrations,  a momentary respite.⠀˝and i only ate some cup noodles,  i was in a rush..˝

〝  hm,  did you not get enough sleep last night? ＂ the nurse asked,  his tone gentle as he softly carded his digits through inho's hair,  giving his scalp a few affectionate scratches as his eyes remained on the papers in his other hand〝  what about food,  did you eat anything yet today?  ＂

〝  careful that you don't get in trouble trying to sweet-talk her into agreeing ＂ he poked at in amusement while idly petting behind koi's ear,  causing her to happily purr in response〝  you can come over here and pet her if you'd like instead of standing there by the way.  she won't bite i promise ＂

⏤⏤     ࣹ⠀@medicals  ꓹ⠀⠀˝that works.  although knowing how strict our alma mater has become,  you need to verify if koi’s vaccinated with documents.˝⠀added inho,  who then flashes a smile at the cute sight of the pair,  huddled together.⠀˝i can convince her if it doesn't work.  i'm pretty good with words.˝⠀winked inho.

〝  guess that just means koi's gotten popular ＂ he said with a small chuckle before scooping up the feline into his arms and kissing the top of her head〝  hm,  maybe i can ask the principal if she can come with me during my shifts as a therapy cat to help boost student's mood.  do you think that's a good idea? ＂

〝  i'll give the instructions,  while you follow them ＂ his speech ever so slightly slurred as he was guided into the passenger's side,  his seat belt being secured before he slumped back against the seat〝  and we can go wherever yooou want mister driver ＂ a small giggle emit from shin'ya as his head lulled to the side to look at inho

⠀⠀  ৎ ﹡    ៹⠀ @medicals ꓹ ⠀ ʺi reckon i have some,  at least.  if not..  that'd be disastrous.ʺ  ⠀otherwise,  they would be pulling up to a night narket at such an hour..  wouldn't that be quite the hassle?  the thought is earned by a scoff.  his arm naturally assisting the faltering frame.  ⠀ʺcan you really cook in this state though?  ..you should take it easy.ʺ  ⠀his steps had minutely led them to the car,  where inho steadily ensured a safe entry for shin'ya to settle by the passenger's seat.  inho,  had joined him as well afterwards ─  already buckling his seatbelt.  ⠀ʺyour place then..?  i thought you meant mine.ʺ

〝  haha,  what are you thinking about?  i meant as in making some food when we get back to my place.  or maybe yours ＂ a slight nudge to inho's side was given with a roll of crimson hues before he leaned against the ravenette,  albiet with a little stumble〝  i may be a little drunk,  but i can still make a good rigatoni if you have the ingredients ＂ he said while hooking an arm over the other's shoulders and pulling him close

〝  see?  now that wasn't so hard,  was it? ＂ he lightly teased before taking the ravenette's hand that had been treated before giving it a small kiss.  though the same hand that had reached out was quick to grasp onto inho's tie,  pulling the other back down to his level to place another kiss on his cheek〝  there,  an extra one for being good ＂ he spoke with a smile

@medicals   ⠀࿑,  ⠀sighing, inho acquiesced, in his own way of course.  ⠀ʺ alright then, doctor. ʺ  ⠀the title is emphasized, frame languidly leaning back.  ⠀ʺ may i please receive my reward.. please? i've been so well put for you, doctor. ʺ

〝  you're the one in the infirmary,  so you have to listen to what the doctor says inho ＂ he said with a slight squint to his eyes in a playful manner before another sticker was quickly set onto the other's nose

innocently, jiyue had actually expected a conversation.. but perhaps he was too blind to inho’s true intentions. a soft gasp emits from the older man, their eyes widened underneath the makeshift blindfold. yet they immediately became pliant, sinking down onto the porcelain without complaint.          “   .. i͟n͟h͟o͟,   “          his voice tapers off into a whisper. currently, the restroom is only occupied by them. but jiyue knew that could change at any moment,,  at least now, they understood what inho wanted.   (and perhaps the knowledge that this was a public space.. excited him.)

@exraced   ⠀࿑  ⠀both teachers find themselves within the men's restroom, where inho had urged the latter to enter an empty stall. perhaps.. impatiently, yet jiyue ultimately was blindfolded by inho's onyx necktie.  ⠀ʺ i lied.. i'm sorry, ʺ  ⠀scoffing, lips stretched. inho's hands supports the frame by holding his waist, commanding the position to the toilet seat's cover due to the lack of vision.  ⠀ʺ sit here, be good. ʺ  ⠀a velvety demand, he whispers.

( …? )     jiyue doesn’t pull away. rather, he allows the younger to drag him along until they reached a more secluded spot. out of sight and earshot of anyone, they turned to properly face inho.       “   so? what’s so important that you couldn’t say it in the office?   “

“   s͟o͟r͟r͟y͟?!  you’ll make me apologise for a slight that i’ve got no knowledge of?  (tsk.)  if anything, shouldn’t you be the one saying sorry?   “          [for the times you caused me such anguish and embarrassment. for how i could only swallow my pride as you laughed.]  even now inho’s voice drips with contempt, usage of the honorifics completely missing the respect they’re meant to convey. jiyue’s arms crossed.              “   you know, your behaviour could result in disciplinary punishment.   “

@exraced   ⠀࿑  ⠀certainly, he's had the fun.. it was truly fulfilling. however, the senior himself still wears that unfeeling expression; embittered, rightfully so.. perhaps the ego which came with it is what truly set the younger one off.  ⠀ʺ jiyue-san, aren't you sorry? ʺ  ⠀space is graciously given, grasp fully loosening to let him adjust.

what mocking ‘praise’ it was, that only served to induce more rage. jiyue’s expression contorts, yet they’re powerless to resist.. which simply made him even more frustrated. with a sharp twist of his neck, they forced himself from the younger’s grip. standing upright once more, he turns away pointedly.        “   .. you’ve had your fun. now /leave/,   “

@literatvres        [the words make his world grow cold, his heart falling still although it faintly thumps against his ears. hayase’s smile falls, and it’s not because he agreed, but disappointed by inho’s words.]      what did i say about talking to yourself that way? i love every part of you, from your head, to your scars, to the ends of your toes. okay?      [hands come up so his palms could grasp either side of inho’s cheeks, thumb rubbing soft circles along the scar.]      you’re handsome, like a real otome game male lead that came to life. bad reference? it’s true!
