I just realized that the tests and trials I wrote about in Violet Earl for entering Weston College was most likely not even a thing in the Black Butler manga.
I think I subconsciously referenced the anime SPY FAMILY.

Violet Earl is still a work in progress. Alois Trancy is becoming much more of a challenge to write for than I originally thought.
