people shouldn't need to write smut to be valid or have a good book, and it makes me so upset to see writers get pushed to write it when they've explicitly stated they're uncomfortable with it (multiple times!!) :/ 
          
          i'm sick of seeing people tell writers what to do in their own books. no one is forcing you to read anything, so if you don't like it then leave. if you want smut, look for it. there's tons out there.
          
          there's really no need to comment what you want to see in someone else's book unless they've explicitly asked for suggestions. (writers asking for feedback is not the same as them asking for suggestions!!)

another thing ive always found weird/hated:
          
          aging up minors for the sole purpose of writing smut about them-
          
          i completely understand aging up characters to make things more realistic in the story- but when it's just smut- and you're aging up the minor so that you can say you're not promoting the sexualization of minors- thats just strange as hell
          
          its definitely still sexualizing minors imo
