Hello and welcome to my page! I am a Blogger and Amateur Author, hoping to publish excerpts and helpful advice for other burgeoning authors on the internet, whether they are looking to publish their own works or merely enjoy the hobby! I am also open with my own mental health and write posts regarding this and how it ties into my writing as well- for those struggling I'm hoping to make this into another safe space that they can come to free of judgement. So now, a bit about me. I've been crafting stories for as long as I can remember, but in 2019 I decided to really start to focus on my writing. Since then, I have started pushing the boundaries on what genres I wish to fill and focusing on developing my stories into fully developed plots rather than mere concepts which float about in my headspace all day.

I have started to challenge myself, setting writing targets for each day and looking into entering writing competitions/ challenges such as NaNoWriMo 2019 (attempted unsuccessfully this year but not discouraged- there's always next year to work on it!). I've started looking into more genres, rather than merely sticking to my comfort zone of fantasy- as I have grown older, I have become intrigued with the idea of writing a mystery-thriller novel.

My aim for 2020 is to concentrate on completing fully one whole novel idea, whether in conception or full written rough draft, we may see!
