I just read your work and I would say I totally agree with you, I don't see a point of coming out to my parents or any other people, no, I am not Christian but yes my parents will disown me too if they ever get to know, that I, a girl, finds other girls attractive enough to date them. About the lies, I can't even remember how many times I've lied to them with a straight face, I don't know why am I here and I don't why I'm ranting about my personal life on internet but just so you know that you are not alone, almost all of us are suffering haha. Do you ever just want to kill yourself? Do you feel like you're drowning in emotions and stress? Like the feeling of depression will never cease, no matter how many drugs you take, no matter how long you survive through this shit, and no matter how hard you try to make it stop? 
          
          Do you feel afraid to go to sleep every night because you just know as soon as you feel calm, and shut your eyes- you'll have to relive something you'd give ANYTHING to forget? To redo? 
          
          Have you ever tried to kill yourself? I have. Like three times. People say "my life hates me" to be funny or whatever, but when I say it- I'm fucking serious. My life hates me so much it won't even let me die. I've always had the shittiest immune system ever, yet as soon as I overdose, my immune system all of sudden realizes what its job is. My life hates me. But I hate it more.

I just had one of the worst days of my life for literally no reason except that people are stupid. Especially popular guys with really bad tempers. 
          
          My advice to you: Never help people. It always gets you in trouble. You try to improve something, solve an issue that's really needed to be fixed, and people start getting mad at you. They think your blaming them. Saying theres a fucking LIST of people that sexually harass (that's what I was TRYING to help improve) and then all hell breaks loose. You get yelled at. And swore at. And physically pushed by a guy. And then sent to the principals office for causing a ruckus and swearing back. When all you did was schedule with a non profit organization to come in and talk about the issue. With. The. GUIDANCE COUNSELOR. Yet I get in trouble. For trying. Just trying. To make things better for victims of this. So moral to the story- don't even try.

Dinner with the white grandparents-
          My grandpa: Back in my day all the black and Spanish people started the fights. 
          My grandma: They were more prejudice than we were. (We meaning whites)
          Me: *looks down as my tan colored skin as my hand curls into a fist*
          My grandma: A black teacher of mine once called me a white cracker.
          My grandpa: Yeah, one of my siblings was attacked by a black after calling him a n*gga. 
          What I want to say: You racist assholes. Of course he was beat up. If someone called me something like that, I'd pound their head into the ground. And you can ask all of my white friends, and they'll say they would have done the same. And another thing, you were in school after brown vs board of education. There were better opportunities after that, but there was still a cap ton of prejudice. And chances are, you probably said something first to earn being called a white cracker. *sigh*. Its not Spanish. Its Hispanic. The people you knew weren't from Spain. Some of them were from Puerto Rico. Where my family originated. *Gets up and walks home*
          What I really say: How's pastor life been grandpa?
          
          Why is that I can stand up to every kid or teacher at my school, or even a stranger in public, but when it comes to my family- I just sit there and take it?
