An Update on - only the brave & Why It’s Down
Hey everyone,
As you’ve probably noticed, I’ve taken the story down. I want to explain why, and what is happening next.
To be completely real with you. I am a human being, not an AI.
This story was originally written as a Marauders fanfiction. When I decided to adapt it, I had to manually go through and change the characters. If you have ever actually tried to rewrite a story, you know how incredibly difficult it is to catch every single pronoun, descriptor, and reference. It is a massive, tedious job.
I do this for fun in my free time and some issues over the story honestly took the joy right out of it. I don't write for anyone who expect flawless machine-precision from a hobbyist.
What's next? I’m not abandoning the story. I will be re-uploading it in a few weeks, but with some big changes:
I am changing and swapping out several characters. Some characters from this draft will be completely removed and won't be returning.
