@cavalrylads | man, yeah, that genuinely sucks. first of all not really having your chance to defend your position, being an arbitrarily made choice from above in the workplace, and the fact that it was so abrupt as well that it gives you now this extra stress of having to worry about bills, about getting this new job. gonna keep you in my prayers hoping you land this new and better job you were after; all your hard work ought to be more appreciated somewhere else and i truly hope thay is where you will be needed, where your path needs to take you.
@llxcifers | I think the things that suck the most is the fact that is wasn't even because of my performance, I'm extremely attentive and dedicated to my work, it was literally a cut between my an my coworker and I was on vacation for the weekend and they cut me because I wasn't there to argue it. Not that I would have, things happen and they've all been there longer than I. But now my schedule is royally fucked. And I have to find a new job and I have bills that have to get paid. It's all so frustrating. But I have faith I'll be put somewhere better! I already have something scouted out that's closer and pays better, I'm just hoping they take me.
