Ur book seems great and all, and I appreciate you not putting she/ her pronouns, but putting they/ them is just as bad u know? Will is gay, as in likes MEN, as in likes CIS-MALES, as in HE/HIM. Ik not trying to come off rude or anything, but u need to understand ur straight-washing and it’s kinda offensive and is something that should not be tolerated.

@WillByers_BuffBunny now that you have brought this to my attention, I do wanna change it soon as it definitely isn’t right to straight wash any character, especially when they have come out, but I’m not too sure when I’ll get the time to do so.. school takes up soo much of my time, I don’t know if I’ll be able to make all the changes right now! With that being said though, I might have to take in consideration what my readers kinda want as well.. according to Wattpad, 80% of my readers are female indeed so idk if changing the pronouns will affect them!! It is fiction at the end of the day BUT straight washing definitely should not be tolerated so the answer is yes I might change them in future, I just don’t know when I’ll have the time to do so.. I will however put a disclaimer in the description of the book right now to let people know that I’m not trying to offend anyone with the pronouns!
