Queen of Spades takes place in the year of 2006, in a world facing tragedy and war. The heart of New Orleans gives rise to an army of extramundane creatures, whose sole purpose is to obliterate any unearthly critter who ever lived. Mass extinction of all mystic beings. 
          Thantos, the mayor of New Orleans, discovers a weapon well hidden among civilization. Aspen. She and her friends will soon find that the government is no longer willing to compromise with inexplicable mortals. In a world of persecution, Aspen finds it up to herself to save not only herself but the incredible people she's met along the way.
          A story based on romance, tragedy, and teen fiction you will find yourself hooked to the series as you follow Aspen and 'the others' on their journey.
