●•°meet the personalities !!°•●

butters:
          
          •is the happy-go-lucky, kindhearted, depressed, and first personality (the host)
          
          •he has no memory of the black outs and although the three are aware of each other, he is not aware of them
          
          •he had been abused all his life by his mom and too terrified to tell father and that's what brought the others to be 
          
          •he's very nice and even volunteers to help the other patients at the mental hospital he was checked into 
          
          •the people there find his personalities/disorder quite interesting and they all love 'playing along' and getting to know the four of them

leopold:
          
          •is the logical, uptight, snarky, and second personality 
          
          •he's known to make lists or bite his nails to the bone when he's stressed and that's why butters' room has various lists plastered on the wall in this au
          
          •he may be a damn prick but at least he's lovable and genuinely concerned for butters when he comes to and sees the bruises
          
          •he tends to speak in a higher more know-it-all voice and will gladly back talk butters' parents, seriously he can go back and forth for hours
          
          •he is technically the first personality,  being butters didn't gain them until after the trauma started, but since butters was the first to come and be, leopold is referred to as the second one and so on

leo:
          
          •is the rough, quiet, protective and third personality 
          
          •he has a tendency to 'hug' butters tight and just rubs his arms furiously until he feels warm and safe
          
          •he hates so much; people, places, things, certain images, just, all of it except for butters
          
          •he has special hiding spots he likes to go to when linda starts looking for butters and he won't come out until either he or she is gone 
          
          •despite being the meanest of the personalities, he's probably the one who cares the most for butters' well being outside of this life

stotch:
          
          •is the flirty, cutesy, violent and fourth personality 
          
          •he loves making butters look his best whether it be with doing up his hair or just wearing a new outfit
          
          •he believes everyone deserves a chance at love/happiness  no matter your past 
          
          •he absolutely hates creeps, perverts, and rapists 
          
          •can be prone to violence around people he finds suspicious or guilty in that light (fun fact: he has cut linda on multiple occasions)

also the entire album for trench legit describes these boys so much plus i've been listening to it on repeat for the longest time tbh so that'll explain the link,,

this mpd au was created fully by me (to my knowledge idk if others have done it??) so i'd thank you to not try and tell me it wasn't or that i stole it because surprise, i didn't-
