I’ve been having a hard time coming back to writing but I just got a message from @comesitwithus that my piece “peonies for mom” has been chosen as the winner of the “I am who I am” June pride competition - this brought me a surge of joy and the motivation I needed to come back … so with that - hello 

Sometimes I get back into a hobby and then my brain kills my drive - the beauty of ADHD. I love writing and occasionally I get overwhelmed by the expectations of everyone and the ones I place on myself, so sorry for being absent for a little while. I may not write much this summer but I am proud of myself for opening the app again -- Thank you to those that have followed and supported me in my short absence. I will try to get back to my promised read for reads when I get the time <3
