I love the way you write. It doesn't drag on and on, it doesn't make you want to skip paragraphs, it makes you hang on to every word, wondering what's going to happen next. It makes you see a little bit into a domestic abuse relationship and why they stay and it's touching. It's relatable for people that are in that situation and the ending wasn't a "happy ever after" but a survival, getting better ending. It was realistic and the way you ended it left no loose ends but you could still write a book about her life after or even about James' life if you decided to. Thank you for sharing your talent and keep writing!
