Be rational to every scene in the books, always remember that the story is just a story don't think that it will exist or existed.
Be open minded to the books that you've chosen. Like you choose a mature story and you read a lot of erotic scene then you will going to bash the author of that book. Don't be so STUPID.
And last have fun. Just enjoy the story and that's enough to satisfy your needs when it comes to reading a book especially if you are a book worm. 
For me *writing is the best way to show your feelings and also to communicate to others*.
