          	Vijayi vishva TIRANGA pyaara

Speaking of Tiranga...... I'm gonna bore you guys with some facts. Some may already know this some may not.

So there are two things - Flag Hoisting and Flag Unfurling.

On Independence day, 'Flag Hoisting' term is used because the Tiranga Flag starts at the bottom of pole and is raised upwards. This is done by 'Prime Minister' at the Red Fort. This act symbolises India's rise to Independence as well as the liberalisation from British Colonial Rule.

While on Republic Day, the term 'Flag Unfurling' is used because the Tiranga Flag starts in a folded position at the top of pole and is unfurled without being raised. This is done by the 'President' at the Rajpath. The flag is unfurled as a symbolic gesture to the commitments laid down in the Constitution, highlighting our nation's shift from colonial rule to a sovereign, democratic republic.

So, that's all.... Thought I should share this.

❤️❤️Once again, Wishing you alll a veryy Happyy 78th Independence Dayy!!! ❤️❤️
