Hello. So I know I haven't been reading anything. I've hit block again for some reason But I want to, but I don't want to force it if my mind keeps recoiling at the idea of reading sometimes. I have a long list, and some still reads but I really like to take my time and become one and invest in the books I choose to read. *Big sighs* But I also don't want what I love to feel like a task. My mind is confusing, sometimes I love reading and I read alot, sometimes I don't want to read, sometimes I just wanna watch something. That's just me I guess, very confusing and indecisive. Anyways, less of this stupid negativity.
I'm watching this amazing series , it's called "Heartstoppers" in case you all don't know and you can watch if you haven't. It's a great show, it's okay if its not your cup of tea.
Anyways the therapist, Geoff said this thing that really stuck with me and I wanna share it. He said that "Trauma doesn't define you. But it also doesn't vanish in five minutes, so...so give yourself some grace." I hope it reaches someone that needs to hear this.

Hiiii pookie! :3 I saw your original post earlier and read it. I was just out and didn’t have time to respond. But it was so sweet :’)
Anywho- I neverrrrrr want reading to feel like a task or chore! Read when you want to read, not because you feel like you have to! Sometimes it takes me days or weeks to catch up on books I’m reading, so I promise it’s fine if you take breaks!!! <333 I will be patiently awaiting your return ^-^ and then be mega excited when that return happens lol. (But no rush!! I just want you to know I genuinely enjoy yapping with you in the comments!)
Also, absolutely looooove that quote! Gonna screammmmmm it to Avery until he gets it through his skull ^-^
And I need to watch heartstopper I don’t have Netflix tho. Maybe I can read the comics or books
