          	hi, its been so long since I was last on this acc 
          	I hope everyone has been doing okay 
          	and that no one was affect by the "sep cures" I did tho I lost my grandfather and to add to that I had a dream before he died ( the day before or 48h before) where he died and then well he died but I'm doing okay its been over 2 months so yeah fist Xmas without him but

          	  It does get better, but in the meantime, please let your pain flow, cause it helps so much - and helps your memories of him to be easier to remember

My dog died on the 8th of march :(.
