“my intentions with this story was to open it in 1983 and end before or around 1987 so the New York ball culture Fx series ‘pose’ can be sort of a ‘pass the Paton’ kind of transition. then again i would love to see how these characters would adapt to the 90s world and how would they gravitate the world when aids and ball culture is well established in our culture.”
